We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Pathology Collector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing services to our clinic in Rockhampton, with part-time or casual positions available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting blood and other specimens from patients
  • Performing 24-hour Blood Pressure and Holter monitoring
  • Processing of Pathology specimens
  • Clerical duties and paperwork processing

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Venepuncture experience essential with vacutainer method
  • Ability to work independently and participate in weekend rosters at any of our collection centres
  • Good communication skills with team members, referring doctors, and patients
  • Dedication to patient care and service delivery
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
  • Own car and current driver's license are required
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
  • Compliance with Work Health and Safety regulations
