We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a pathology collector in Rockhampton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in patient care and service delivery.
About the Role:- Collect blood and other samples from patients using safe and efficient methods
- Process pathology specimens with accuracy and precision
- Work independently, including weekend shifts at various collection centers
- Assist with administrative tasks and paperwork processing
- Utilize own vehicle and possess a current driver's license
- Foster strong relationships with team members, referring doctors, and patients through effective communication
- Maintain high standards of patient care and service delivery
- Prioritize tasks, manage pressure, and apply organizational skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications and adherence to Work Health and Safety regulations
- Hold a valid COVID-19 vaccination status
