Job Description

Nium, the leader in real-time global payments, is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand.

Your Role

As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating growth strategies across Australia and New Zealand, acquiring new clients, generating revenue, and motivating the business development team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and effectiveness across Nium's market-leading propositions
  • Identify, secure, and manage relationships with clients across Australia and New Zealand
  • Generate revenue from clients and achieve pre-agreed targets on customer flows, revenues, and profitability
  • Demonstrate business development and consultative selling skills with results-orientation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years proven track record in business development or sales in Payments, E-Commerce, Cards, Financial Services, FinTech, or Banking Go-to-Market in Australia and/or New Zealand
  • A robust network of contacts and strong understanding of Nium offerings
  • Commercially focused and pragmatic, able to identify opportunities and propose solutions
  • Data driven and analytical mindset
  • Results-oriented, client-focused, and obsessed with delivering value

Nium offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunity to work with a cutting-edge fintech company.
