Coffee Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Specialist to join our team at our brand new Mascot site.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with high-quality coffee skills, excellent customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

As a Coffee Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on state-of-the-art equipment using a well-established Coffee Roaster.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing and serving high-quality drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (coffee shop/barista experience highly preferred)
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
