Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Career Transition Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in providing break/fix support to customers undergoing service transitions.

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and regular onsite customer visits. You will be working closely with colleagues to improve processes and increase efficiency, manage and resolve service requests promptly, and take ownership of day-to-day technology issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via remote or on-site assistance
  • Communicate effectively with users and provide updates proactively
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions
  • Manage and resolve service requests efficiently and effectively
  • Take ownership of day-to-day technology issues and escalate incidents as needed
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Service Desk Analyst, System Administrator, or Field Services Technician
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical jargon
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Dynamic and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate independently and work collaboratively as part of a team
