Conveyancing Paralegal Position

We are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal with 1+ years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for running files from start to finish, liaising with stakeholders and clients, managing client expectations, reviewing and preparing crucial documents, and meeting stringent deadlines.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in conveyancing or a related field
  • Excellent Communication Skills: ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Attention to Detail: meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work
  • Teamwork and Autonomy: ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also working independently when necessary
