You'll lead a high-performing team, ensure compliance and quality assurance, develop strategic partnerships, and champion tech-driven transformation in legal services.Key ResponsibilitiesTogether with other Heads of Practice, lead and support a national team of lawyers, conveyancers, and managersProvide strategic leadership aligned with governance and partnership requirementsEnsure practice compliance with regulatory standards, service level agreements and internal policiesChampion innovation and continuous improvement in legal service deliveryOversee internal audits, complaints resolution, and quality assurance frameworksFoster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional developmentAct as a key liaison with stakeholders, particularly real estate and financial partnersSupervise the development of staff and lead structured learning and development initiativesWhat We're Looking For5 – 8+ years PAE in property law with a principal practicing certificate (or ability to obtain one)Proven track record in leading and mentoring high-performing legal teams in a dynamic regulatory environmentExceptional stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and negotiation skills to drive collaboration and business successDemonstrated ability to execute business growth strategies, expand service offerings, and enhance operational efficiencyExpertise in compliance, risk management, and governance with a focus on proactive leadership and strategic oversightEnthusiasm, confidence, energy and positivityReady to Join Us?
