You're invited to join our 12-month Graduate PLUS Program as a Speech Pathologist. This comprehensive program is designed for individuals who want to develop their knowledge and skills in speech pathology.
Job DescriptionThis role involves further developing your skills and knowledge to support adults and children with various presentations.
We offer a supportive environment where you'll work alongside experienced clinicians, access regular supervision and mentoring, and participate in quarterly professional development sessions.
- Intensive Induction Program: A 12-week program that includes training and guidance from Therapy Manager and Team Leaders.
- Reduced Caseload: A reduced caseload for the first 3 months to help you familiarize yourself with our team and processes.
- Clinical Supervision: Regular client sessions and learning opportunities under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor.
- Professional Development: Quarterly sessions with Speech Pathologists across the organization to enhance your skills.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Monthly coaching from Clinic mentors to achieve your career goals.
- Buddy System: An allocated buddy for support during induction and beyond.
- Clinical Supervision: Weekly one-on-one supervision in a safe environment from an experienced Speech Pathologist.
- Team Support: Regular catch-ups and training with graduate team members.
- Observation Opportunities: The chance to observe experienced clinicians from all disciplines in therapy sessions.
- Learning Resources: Access to our online Learning and Training Library.
You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills through regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible support to succeed in this role.
