Located within walking distance of Wollongong's CBD and 2 blocks from City/South Beach.What the Role Will EntailConducting assessments for children, teenagers and young adults who have difficulties with communication to determine strengths and areas for improvement.Conducting one-on-one therapy sessions that are fun, engaging and evidence-based.Documenting and writing therapy plans and reports that are easy to understand and outline how difficulties impact participation in everyday activities.Building rapport with families and providing practical strategies and ideas.Working closely with other professionals (such as Occupational Therapists, Teachers and Psychologists) in the Illawarra.Essential CriteriaA Bachelor of Speech Language Pathology or equivalent.Be a certified practising member (CPSP) of Speech Pathology AustraliaEligibility for a Medicare Provider NumberA current Working with Children's Check, Police Check, First aid and CPR certificateProfessional indemnity insurance.To find out more about us visit or call Briana on 0444 519 ***.
