We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Debt Products team within the Corporate and Institutional Bank (CIB). This role offers a comprehensive range of financing solutions tailored to suit the specific funding needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior debt product colleagues, internal coverage, analyst, and legal departments to provide the highest level of service to our valued clients.
- Identify prospective SF opportunities with customers that lead to new business, including preparation of marketing materials and terms sheet.
- Participate in the broader team objectives of achieving Net Income and ROE plans.
- Contribute to the development of new applications in SF to pitch to the WIB client base.
- Achieve key strategic milestones, including transaction numbers & diversity.
- Manage associated risk.
Requirements
- Recent experience working with customers that have significant financing needs.
- High degree of numeracy and financial competence, including financial modelling, complex credit analysis, legal, tax and/or accounting.
- Formal qualifications in quantitative disciplines such as accounting, finance, engineering, actuarial studies etc will be well regarded.
- Proven ability to work in small deal teams under tight timeframes and other undefined constraints.
- Proven ability to develop superior understanding of client's industry/business and balance competing priorities.
- Strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, hybrid working model, and access to training and development opportunities.
