The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our leading Band 1 Corporate Structured and Asset Finance team based in Sydney.

In this role, you will work with leading Partners John Angus and Steven Catanzariti, as well as having the opportunity to work with the other HSF finance partners in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will deliver technical advice on a range of finance transactions (asset and/or structured finance experience preferred but not essential) from a top tier, national or international private practice environment.
  • You will work with clients in various industries, including energy, mining, IT, retail, and telecommunications.
  • You will have a proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our leading and supportive team.
  • You will work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and at times autonomously.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team.
About You
  • You will have demonstrable experience in delivering technical advice on a range of finance transactions (asset and/or structured finance experience preferred but not essential) from a top tier, national or international private practice environment.
  • You will have an excellent academic record coupled with strong legal skills and a practical mindset.
  • You will have a proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our leading and supportive team.
