Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales revenue from a designated portfolio of advertisers/marketers.

This entails leading a sales group, formulating and implementing strategies and communications to meet revenue goals, market share, and undertaking sales activities that enhance brands.

You will be based at our office in Melbourne and report to the Sales Director. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key advertisers, media consultants, and marketers to exceed sales targets.
  • Leading, developing and motivating a high-performing sales team to drive exceptional revenue results.
  • Collaborating across departments to shape strategic plans and deliver impactful communications.
  • Staying ahead of market trends while delivering valuable insights to fuel growth.
  • Managing reporting, performance tracking, and ensuring smooth operational execution across the team.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous sales/marketing management experience, preferably in advertising and/or media buying.
  • A proven track record in leading and inspiring teams to success.
  • Intermediate Microsoft 365 skills with knowledge of digital products and the digital landscape.
  • Formal qualifications in Business, Management, or Marketing.
