Storeperson Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to maintain a well-organized storeroom and contribute to the overall appearance of the branch.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently, picking and packing orders, receiving goods in and out, and performing inventory and stocktake tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a well-organized storeroom and ensure high standards of housekeeping.
  • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
  • Perform inventory and stocktake tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Champion a strong safety culture within the branch.

Requirements:

  • Current valid Australian driver's license.
  • Current forklift license (desirable).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous stores/warehousing experience desirable.
