Full Time Warehouse Assistant - Dandenong South

Are you ready to step into a role that combines efficiency, organization, and teamwork? We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented person to become an integral part of our warehouse team

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff and drivers to maintain seamless processes and resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Utilize inventory and dispatch management systems to track shipments and optimize workflows.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure smooth dispatch operations without disruptions.
  • Maintain clear communication channels with other departments to align on schedule and priorities.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and manage dispatch schedules.
  • Previous experience in warehouse or dispatch operations is highly advantageous.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to answer phones, emails and receive transferred stock.
  • Ability to obtain a Fork Lift License if not already held.
