Responsibilities:

  • Liaise daily with builders, project managers, and clients.
  • Conduct onsite inspections.
  • Prepare quotations in a timely manner.
  • Complete accurate check measures.
  • Familiarity with floor plans and the ability to accurately measure flooring on job sites.
  • Check floor levels.
  • Liaise with installers upon commencement of work, conduct final inspections, and ensure quality control.
  • Confidently identify and resolve any issues encountered throughout the repair process.
  • Presentation is paramount at all times.
  • Outstanding computer proficiency, written communication skills, and strong mathematical abilities are essential.
  • Ability to read and quote off new house plans.
  • Time management is critical in this role.

Previous experience within the trade or possession of a solid knowledge of timber flooring installation processes is highly valued.
