Job Summary

As a key member of our global trade compliance team, you will be responsible for executing import and export activities in accordance with PPD requirements, client needs, and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement import and export plans for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of import and export activities, including logistics, documentation, and customs clearance.
  • Provide expert guidance on trade compliance matters, including classification, valuation, and licensing requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry developments, ensuring our team remains compliant and competitive.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and government agencies.
Requirements
  • Intermediate English language skills and excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of clinical supply processes, including manufacturing, handling, importing, shipping, exporting, auditing, labeling, and packaging.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work on complex issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
