Key Responsibilities- Support Permanency Support programs to ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including children, young people, and families.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, healing, and connection within the organization.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the safety and well-being of children, young people, and people with a disability.
- Hold a minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional administrative position.
- Have strong observational and report writing skills.
- Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Have advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Be willing to undergo a National Police Clearance and obtain a Working with Children/Vulnerable People clearance.
