Position Overview

At CareSouth, we are committed to fostering safety, healing, and connection through nurturing relationships. Supporting families, children, and young people is at the heart of our values. We are currently seeking a Caseworker to become part of our Goulburn, NSW team in a full-time permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Caseworker, you will collaborate with a dynamic team across the child protection landscape.

Your daily activities may include:
- Conducting home visits to children, young people, and caregivers
- Engaging holistically with caregivers, families, and service providers to assist children and young people in achieving their objectives
- Collaborating with a diverse team to share insights and knowledge for optimal outcomes for children and young people
- Documenting the goals, journeys, and milestones of children and young people
- Supporting children and young people in attaining permanency, ensuring they have a stable home for life.
