Meet Your Future Role:

The Brand Associate is the face of the brand on the retail floor, delivering an exceptional brand experience to our guests. You'll be working with an energetic and passionate team to educate guests and recommend products based on their interests and needs.

Your Opportunity at Arc'teryx:

  • Deliver a best-in-class brand experience to our guests through education and problem-solving.
  • Gain a strong understanding of our products and seamlessly integrate this information into guest interactions.
  • Be a brand ambassador and elevate the guest experience wherever possible.
  • Continuously elevate the in-store experience by supporting store leadership with projects and brand initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Foster connection in all guest interactions through product education, accurate payment processing, and timely communication on warranties or damaged goods.
  • Support and participate in store events, physical inventory counts, product replenishment, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales.
  • Maintain an open, collaborative relationship with your team and store leadership.

Who We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of retail sales experience.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to have fun at work while holding yourself accountable.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with a deep understanding of your impact.
  • Self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
  • High flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
