Job Title: Telecoms Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecoms Engineer to join our team in delivering communications packages as part of the engineering design and delivery team.

  • The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable performing a wide range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain constructable designs, scope of works, order materials, and engage with various stakeholders to complete telecommunications infrastructure delivery.
  2. Prepare engineering design documents, specifications, drawings, and scopes of work on time to meet project deadlines for assigned work packages.
  3. Review design drawings and produce scope of work documents and BOMs.
  4. Identify defects and coordinate rectifications as per agreed timelines.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Telecoms Engineer.
  • An engineering degree enabling full membership to Engineers Australia.
  • Demonstrated experience with design, construction, and integration of telecommunications systems including radio sites, power systems, and associated infrastructure.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Collaborative communication style with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
