Glow-in-the-Dark Sports Disco and Karaoke Supervisor Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a dynamic team?

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Glow-in-the-Dark Sports Disco and Karaoke Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of glow-in-the-dark sports disco and karaoke professionals, ensuring a positive and high-energy work environment.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the glow-in-the-dark sports activities, karaoke area, and disco, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage customer interactions, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule and coordinate staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times and special events.
  • Maintain inventory of equipment, supplies, and consumables, placing orders as needed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Uphold safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring the well-being of customers and staff at all times.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for business growth and enhanced customer experiences.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering their professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or customer service industry.
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make effective decisions.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as required by the business.
