Job Description

GlowZone is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of staff, ensuring a positive and high-energy work environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or customer service industry. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our glow-in-the-dark sports activities, karaoke area, and disco, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of staff
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Training and onboarding new staff members
  • Managing customer interactions
  • Maintaining inventory of equipment and supplies
  • Upholding safety protocols and guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications
