We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in the smooth running of our supply operations, and you will have the opportunity to mould the future of manufacturing.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing teams to meet ambitious production goals. You will also recruit and cultivate a high-functioning team, providing mentorship and identifying areas for development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring efficient operations and adherence to health and safety standards for both products and personnel
  • Conducting training needs analysis and implementing strategies to bridge skill gaps
  • Managing the production budget and resources to achieve optimal results
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in manufacturing, well-versed in 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis. A strong track record of leadership and team management is essential, along with comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience leading factory employees.

Additional skills required include solution-oriented approach to complex challenges, business acumen, and expertise in supply chain management and production optimisation.
