Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing and despatch teams in producing high-quality window covering products. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

About the Role:

  • To develop and implement operational systems to control quality, planning, production costs, raw materials, distribution of product, scrap, stock accuracy, and meeting customer expectations.
  • To assess the performance of operations and recommend changes to methods and procedures, layouts or machines, tools, equipment, and other plant facilities to enhance production capacity, quality, and safety.
  • To manage the preparation of budgets and reports, and appraise the activities of the division according to overall strategies and objectives.
  • To ensure activities related to the function comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in related disciplines.
  • A minimum of five (5) years' experience in manufacturing management roles.
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of 5S and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
