At the heart of our operations is a passion for innovation, smart solutions, and sustainability.

This leadership role oversees around 200 team members across two manufacturing sites in Sydney and Adelaide, playing a crucial part in delivering business outcomes.

The key objectives include establishing a new manufacturing site in Sydney, achieving mid-term profit goals, championing a customer-first mindset, and ensuring daily operations are conducted safely.

To succeed in this position, we seek an individual with:

  • The ability to expand market share through a customer-centric approach, maintaining high-quality products and services.
  • A proven track record of leading teams with a focus on positive safety culture, behaviour, and outcomes.
  • Capability to equip the business with necessary capabilities, leveraging strengths in manufacturing and customer centricity.
