We currently have an opportunity for a Clinical Research State Lead position in South Australia. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing research operations and managing site research staff within the state.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory frameworks, administrative procedures, and clinical practices related to research.
  • Ensuring all research is conducted in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
  • Fostering a collaborative team culture that aligns with our organization's values.
  • Liaising with hospital departments and third-party organizations to provide quality clinical services.
  • Collaborating with other business units to support milestone achievement and manage study issues.

In addition, you'll participate in Research Sub-Committee meetings and provide regular reports as required.

Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as science, nursing, or pharmacy.
  • A proven background in clinical research.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to initiate and drive change within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong computer literacy and knowledge of clinical trials software.
