About the Role

Coles Group Manufacturing is seeking a skilled and experienced Fitter or Electrician to join our engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to identify and address potential issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve equipment-related problems and implement solutions
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Coles' policies and procedures related to equipment maintenance and repair

About You:

  • Advanced Engineering Tradesperson in one or more areas (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Fabrication)
  • Recognised Trade Certificate or equivalent
  • Proven experience in fault finding, repairs, and maintenance of equipment
  • Demonstrable experience applying quality control techniques and inspections
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
