Work as a facilities and maintenance leader at our Omni-Fulfilment Centre in Truganina. This role is responsible for ensuring the centre operates safely, securely, efficiently, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee services and processes critical to the Distribution Centre, with a focus on safety, security, preventative maintenance, contractor management, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all MHE and wheeled equipment, reporting damages to relevant Zone Managers and taking action immediately.
  • Ensure security, contractor performance, and MHE operations comply with senior management directives and business expectations.

This position involves project and operational management activities including procurement processes, supervision of contractors, and coordination of work on site.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety policies and legislative requirements, previous experience in maintenance and security operations, and familiarity with electrical codes.

You will also have the ability to manage power shutdowns with minimal impact to business operations and maintain and promote WHS and NHVL policies, procedures, and systems.
