Production Management Position

We are seeking a seasoned Production Manager to oversee operational activities for our Goldfields Division. This key role ensures project outcomes are met through effective resource allocation and utilization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior management within a drill and blast contracting environment, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and engaging stakeholders effectively.
This position requires strong analytical and evaluation skills, as well as excellent computer proficiency using Microsoft applications and inventory control software.
About the Role- Oversee operational activities for the Goldfields Division, ensuring project outcomes are met through effective resource allocation and utilization.
- Manage complex projects with successful stakeholder engagement.
- Oversight of site-based personnel, including asset management and inventory control.
- Ensure ongoing compliance to Safety and Business Management System.
- Monitor site revenue and spend to ensure budget gross margin is met.
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar senior management role within a drill and blast contracting environment.
- Proven background in managing complex projects with successful stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of asset management and inventory management.
- A diploma in Frontline Management, Surface Operations or similar.
- Current HR Driver's licence (essential).
- A National Police Clearance (essential).
- Quarry Managers Certification (desirable); and
- Current S26 Certification (highly desirable).
