Vestas Wind Australia is seeking a skilled Service Planning Specialist to join their team and contribute to the success of their wind farms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical service operations, with experience in planning and scheduling. They will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned territory orders are balanced to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Balancing all assigned territory orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Maintaining up-to-date service crew composition and adjusting it according to demand.
  • Planning and monitoring tools, parts, and services on time before crew mobilization.
  • Managing crew schedules on a day-to-day basis.
  • Aligning service schedules with obligations in service contracts.
  • Ensuring timely communication with crews and partners.
  • Controlling KPIs and PPIs related to Planning & Scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong technical understanding and planning skills essential for success in this position.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • SAP and Salesforce exposure advantageous.
