Lead Strategic Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to drive our strategy and ensure strong governance in the area of mental health prevention.

Mind Blank is a multi-award-winning charity on a mission to reduce the risk of suicide through creativity, community, and early intervention. Guided by our values – Creativity, Commitment, Mindfulness, Integrity, and Community – we empower individuals to have life-saving conversations.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an individual with financial acumen, a passion for mental health prevention, and commitment to collaborative leadership and positive change.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • A deep understanding of the mental health sector and its key challenges
  • An ability to work collaboratively with a supportive Board and engaged CEO to shape the future of mental health prevention

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance, managing finances, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our organization.
