We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children.

About the Role

This is a casual position, working Monday to Friday, with flexible hours to suit your availability. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive team environment, providing education and care to children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre team
  • Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children, families, and team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent
