Clinical Quality and Compliance Specialist

Warrigal seeks a Registered Nurse with significant experience in the Aged Care industry to join our Operational Quality and Compliance team.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Audit and monitor compliance, and support best clinical practice across various locations.
  • Deliver the organisational quality and compliance program to meet the Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Requirements:
  • Current Registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse.
  • Proven substantial experience working in the Aged Care industry in a quality or similar role.
  • Demonstrated clinical auditing experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlines with proven attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrate a proficiency using computer systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel operating in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Act and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • A current Driver's License.
