**Job Description** 

We are seeking a Clinical Quality Leader to join our organization. As a key member of our leadership group, you will work closely with the Chief Clinical Officer to implement a Clinical Services Quality Improvement Framework.

This involves supporting and coordinating the design, implementation, monitoring, and review of system-wide quality improvement projects across the Clinical Services and Quality portfolio.

The position requires supporting the Quality Team to deliver Aged Care Quality Standards and maintain ongoing compliance with relevant legislation, regulation, professional and industry standards and guidelines.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Strategic Plans
  • Overseeing Quality Corrective Action Processes
  • Ensuring Implementation of Quality Related Policy

You will also be responsible for updating and engaging the Executive in all areas of quality and compliance including continuous improvement, corrective action, auditing and risks.

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrable experience leading Quality teams, either within an Aged Care, Healthcare or similar industry.

A strong appreciation of the Aged Care and other relevant quality standards, compliance and audit regulatory processes is required.

Naturally advanced interpersonal and change management skills are necessary to effectively lead future evolutions of Aged Care compliance standards.
