About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled professional with significant experience in commercial management to lead our project commercial team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of accountability for the commercial management of large tier 1 projects and advanced negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Leading and managing a project commercial team, ensuring effective implementation of commercial and financial risk management procedures
- Negotiation, preparation, and recommendations for approval of contracts for award
- Reviewing monthly and quarterly budget/cost reports for projects and providing direct advice to project Senior Management on risks and opportunities
The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all contracts meet legal, commercial, and corporate standards and agreed benchmarks, as well as preparing and issuing contract correspondence to contractors and managing contract disputes.
The minimum requirements for this role include:
- Significant experience in a commercial management role preferred
- Extensive experience of accountability for the commercial management of large tier 1 projects
- Advanced negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities supported by high-level verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of approximately $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
