The Role Overview- Provide high-quality clinical care to residents in line with our patient-centered Model of Care.
- Be responsible for the health and wellness of our residents.
- Administer medication as required and undertake medication rounds where necessary.
- Engage with families and other stakeholders to build trust and rapport.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and make a tangible difference in the lives of our residents. Your innovative approach will help you identify ways to work more efficiently, ensuring exceptional care is delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Offer hands-on support and coaching/leadership to the Enrolled Nurse and Personal Care team during shifts.
- Conduct resident assessments, care planning, and evaluations for clinical and non-clinical requirements.
- Demonstrate leadership in maintaining infection control, manual handling, and care provision principles at all times.
We seek an individual who can commit to a minimum of 42-45 hours per fortnight, with this role being their primary focus. You will report to the Clinical Care Coordinator and excel in providing outstanding care and service excellence.
Requirements for Success- Bachelor of Nursing with full AHPRA registration (no restrictions).
- Post Graduate experience (desired 3 years).
- Up-to-date qualifications in First Aid and CPR.
