Job Title: Fitness Trainer

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Trainer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for fitness and the ability to design personalized exercise programs for members.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design personalized exercise programs for members based on their experience, health and goals
  • Train members during PE sessions and submit training programs or logs for review
  • Handle front desk duties when not training, including sales, cancellations, tours, calls and cleaning
  • Inspect equipment and AEDs for malfunctions and maintain a clean gym environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness or proof of working towards certification
  • Must be certified within two months of hire if not already
  • Prior supervisory or relevant experience preferred
  • Fitness background and Australian Fitness Provider certifications
  • First Aid & CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 3 weeks
  • Working With Children certificate for NSW & VIC, Blue Card for QLD
  • National Police Check within the last 12 months
