About the Role

As a professional in the field of health and wellness, you will play a vital role in helping members achieve their fitness goals. You will be responsible for designing individualized exercise programs that cater to each member's unique needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop customized workout plans that take into account each member's medical history, fitness level, and personal aspirations
  • Lead dynamic group training sessions and provide one-on-one coaching to support members in achieving their goals
  • Maintain accurate records of member workouts and progress, providing valuable insights for future programming
  • Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all members
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, exceeding member expectations with every interaction
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Certification in Fitness (Certificate 3 & Certificate 4)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse personalities and backgrounds
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline
  • Punctuality and organization are key, with strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory experience or 3-5 years of experience in a similar field, with a proven track record of success
  • Relevant gym work experience and fitness background, with knowledge of industry best practices
