Genea is a leading IVF clinic in Australia, and we are currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join our Finance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for critical accounting tasks, including preparation of revenue, accounts receivable, and deferred income calculation and accounting entries.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation and processing of month end journals, balance sheet, banking, and inter-company reconciliations
  • Calculation of doctors' fee payments
  • Preparation of revenue and receivables calculation and reports
  • Assisting in preparing payroll reports, journals, and reconciliations
  • Preparing the monthly rental expenses schedules
  • Assisting with preparation of cashflow reports and forecasts
  • Managing company credit cards and employee expense claim system
  • Supporting Group Financial Controller with BAS, FBT, annual payroll tax reconciliation, and income tax returns
  • Assisting with monthly management reports tracking financial performance against budget and forecast
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant with advanced Excel and ERP experience, strong technical knowledge of accounting concepts and processes, and flexibility in working with multiple systems and sources of information.
