High-Tech Customer Support Specialist

This role will be the first point of contact for visitors to our facilities, championing our values and providing world-class customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting visitors in a timely and friendly manner
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Monitoring facility systems
  • Reporting incidents accurately
  • General receptionist, administrative and customer service support duties
  • Assisting with deliveries
  • Answering overflow calls to our customer support line

This is a Monday to Friday role from 07:00 to 15:00.

  • Able to multitask and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Able to lift up to 15kg
