Cleaning and Trolley Collection Specialist

At Coles Group, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Specialist.
This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our stores, ensuring that our customers have a pleasant shopping experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing a range of cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors, shelving, refrigeration rooms, and drains.
In addition to these duties, the candidate will also be responsible for collecting trolleys from around the store and carpark, regardless of weather conditions.
This role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
They will also be physically fit and able to lift up to 17kgs, with flexibility to work varied shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week.
