Store Cleaning and Trolley Collection Specialist

We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Store Cleaning and Trolley Collection Specialist. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience and enjoy a welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing a thorough cleaning checklist across all departments, including floors, shelving, equipment, and facilities
- Operating various cleaning tools and products to maintain the store's cleanliness and tidiness
- Ensuring the efficient collection of trolleys from in-store and the carpark area
About You:
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service by demonstrating enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- The ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and exhibit a solid work ethic
- Self-motivation and independence in working autonomously, with occasional guidance
- Excellent physical fitness, enabling you to lift up to 17kgs and work at a fast pace
- Availability to work varied shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week
- Able to commute outside public transport operating hours
This role offers valuable opportunities for skill development and growth within the company. While prior experience is not necessary, full training will be provided in the use of chemicals, machinery, and safety equipment.
