Store Cleaning and Trolley Collection Specialist

Job Description
The Store Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience for Coles Supermarkets' customers.
Responsibilities include completing a checklist of cleaning tasks across all departments, utilizing equipment to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors, as well as collecting trolleys from in and around the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of store areas, including team rooms and toilets, using appropriate equipment and products.
- Collect trolleys from various locations, both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
Requirements
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to set priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
- Physical fitness and energy to perform lifting tasks up to 17kgs.
- Availability for shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week.
- Flexibility to commute outside of public transport operating hours.
