We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Relations Senior Business Partner to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of employment legislation and industrial relations, as well as excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

About the Role
  • Provide strategic advice to management on workplace relations matters.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve workplace relations.
  • Negotiate and manage industrial agreements to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
  • Handle complex case management and investigations with minimal supervision.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

As a Workplace Relations Senior Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Advising management on workplace relations matters.
  • Implementing strategies to improve workplace relations.
  • Negotiating and managing industrial agreements.
  • Handling complex case management and investigations.

Requirements
