Administrative Site Coordinator

The role of a site administrator involves providing administrative support to project teams in a Perth-based site. This entails processing site access requests, creating reports, onboarding new employees, and offering administrative services directly to the project teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing site access requests for employees and coordinating site mobilization efforts.
- Generating weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel and other site programs.
- Onboarding new employees by entering data, managing rosters, recording leave entries, conducting site inductions, and arranging accommodations.
- Providing administrative assistance to project/site teams directly.
- Entering invoices, delivery dockets, and debit card receipts into the system.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in a FIFO administration role.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with safety administration and policies.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
