Job Summary

Sig Susquehanna is seeking a highly skilled Investment Researcher to join our Research team. As an Equity Analyst, you will partner with senior analysts and traders to identify investment opportunities and provide in-depth analysis of country and sector-level markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends and events
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company fundamentals and market dynamics
  • Collaborate with traders to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities
  • Provide real-time opinions and analysis on breaking news and market developments
  • Evaluate special situations such as mergers and acquisitions and other corporate actions
  • Travel to company events and conferences as required

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline, with a strong academic record
  • Prior exposure to fundamental company research and analysis
  • Strong written, analytical, and financial research skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with a trading environment and derivative products
  • Working knowledge of all major asset classes
  • Self-starter, quick learner, effective communicator, and resourceful problem-solver
