Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will develop strategies to drive customer engagement, optimise store profitability, and maintain exceptional store presentation.
  • They will lead the team in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising standards.
  • This role requires effective stock management, sales analysis, and forecasting.
  • The Store Operations Manager will also be responsible for leading, recruiting, training, motivating, and coaching a high-performing team.
  • Additionally, they will report on business performance, sales trends, new initiatives, and relevant issues to senior management.
  • Effective management of customer escalations, feedback, and complaints is also crucial in this role.
  • The successful candidate will stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing a world-class customer experience.
  • Motivated and results-driven individual with a positive attitude.
  • Strong decision-making and commercial savvy with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
