Pacific Labour Mobility Programme Manager
Job Summary:
Palladium is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead the Pacific Labour Mobility Programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support workers and their families in preparing for temporary employment in Australia under the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with governments, country programs, and key stakeholders to evaluate and improve worker and family preparedness interventions.
- Oversee the development and implementation of worker and family preparedness strategies across training, knowledge, and learning management.
- Manage the Worker and Family Preparedness Team, overseeing the entire employee life cycle.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field and 10-15 years of experience in international development, project management, and labour mobility programs.
- Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating teams across culturally diverse contexts and multiple countries.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and resources to ensure the timely execution of deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders across diverse cultural contexts.
