Heavy machinery and construction training requires a high level of expertise. As a Trainer/Assessor in this field, you will have the opportunity to teach and assess high-risk work training.

The Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to deliver engaging and relevant training services. Your responsibility will be to ensure content meets ASQA/RTO standards and maintain equipment and training venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training and assessment services in WorkSafe Individual Assessor areas.
  • Supervise students' behaviours and provide motivating training.
  • Maintain equipment and training venues.
  • Travel to deliver training off-site as required.
Requirements:
  • Cert IV TAE (plus upgrade units if required).
  • Possess a High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL).
  • Demonstrated vocational experience aligned to topics being facilitated.
  • Be accredited by WorkSafe as an Individual Assessor (or ability to gain accreditation).
  • Be eligible to obtain a Working Children Check Card and a Police Check.
  • Australian residency and a valid Australian Drivers Licence are also required.
