Quality Assurance Coordinator Job

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to lead and drive quality culture across the site.

  • Support the broader business agenda by providing onsite support to the Operations team, supply chain, and production personnel as required.
  • Act as the HACCP Team Leader with overall responsibility for validation and verification of all food safety and quality systems within the Food Safety & Quality Management system.
  • Maintain and develop compliance plans within the site, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement in quality across the site through proactive engagement and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and maintain a strong focus on quality standards.
  • Lead audits and assessments to ensure the site meets or exceeds regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in food manufacturing with 1-5 years in a similar role (candidates with less experience may be considered).
  • HACCP Trained and knowledge of GFSI standards.
  • Degree qualified in Food Science or related discipline.
  • Risk Assessment and Auditing skills.
  • Excellent analytical and Excel skills.
